Jonathan White (Channing Tatum) may not think that serving in his childhood environment may be complicated like this. The arrival of Jonathan only made the mystery that had disappeared so long to surface again. Jonathan could not break away but at the same time, Jonathan's family is going to be the victim.
As a police officer who had just graduated education, Jonathan White obviously still very idealistic. The problem is precisely this idealism that made Jonathan can not let go of old cases. Years ago there was an unsolved murder case. Two child victims while there are allegations of police involvement in this case.
Jonathan informants providing information about police involvement in cases that eventually forgotten this and this then triggers a series of events that shook the neighborhood.
